The Paine Edmonds LLP website features the following inducement: “We’re here to help when you need it most / Providing peace of mind to British Columbia for over 70 years”. Pageot posted an inquiry.

TRANSCRIPT OF ABOVE AUDIO FILE SENT BY EMAIL TO HENRY EDMONDS:
Kathleen Pageot to Henry Edmonds on 29 August 2018 @ 20:53
Karen Borys, Assistant to Mr. Henry Edmonds,
follows up on 30 August 2018
DRAFT AUTHORIZATION
Required by Mr. Henry Edmonds
Notice, this is a one-way street. It’s an undertaking, not a contract. And contrary to Mr. Edmonds telling Pageot on 29 August 2018 that she “probably could assume conduct of the administration,” and contrary to her instructions to Mr. Edmonds by audio file with transcript sent to him by email on 29 August 2018, Mr. Edmonds is now demanding that he assume the administration of the estate, while leaving the BC PGT in place, rather than removing the PGT as Pageot instructed.
Kathleen Pageot Replies to Karen Borys, Mr. Edmonds’ Assistant
