The rules governing service in Quebec are established by the Quebec Legislature, not by the British Columbia Legislature. The affidavit of service, however, is designed to meet the requirements for proof of service in another province.
In Quebec, nevertheless, it is not possible to effect legal service using a false name, such as the false name invented for Ms. Pageot by the PGT’s in-house counsel Darren D. Stewart, Estate Administrator Claudia Brown, and external counsel, James W. Zaitsoff, which they deliberately used on their fraudulent procedure to pass their fraudulent accounts through “court” after stealing control of the Will to facilitate liquidating her property by pretending they could not locate the named sole heir and executor.
The exhibition organized by Mr. Zaitsoff and his co-star, Master Harper, was clearly prepared in advance to end with a bang. The bang of a rubber stamp.
