Death Certificate Attributed to Marina Josephine Welham by Christopher Benesch under Contract with the Public Guardian and Trustee of British Columbia
Below is an original death certificate provided by Christopher Benesch of Earth’s Option listing Marina Welham’s date of death as August 30, 2016. The original death certificate spent some time in the hands of the Quebec government (Director of Civil Status), which had requested it with the stated intention of keeping it. The government then surprised me by mailing it back to me. The signature area on the original appears to have been rubbed, as if someone had checked to see if the signature would fade.
Further below is a notarized copy of the same original death certificate, guaranteeing that it is “unaltered”; which only means that, whether the original is false or true, the notarized copy is an exact copy.

Note that in contract no. 1386 (above) (on an Earth’s Option form) entered into supposedly with Marina, Roy’s “wife”, for the disposition of Royston Louis Welham’s remains, Benesch fudges the alleged date of Roy’s death. Benesch states that Roy died on “Oct 6 2015“. However, that contradicts Roy’s alleged date of death on October 7, 2015 attributed on the Death Certificate and other documents by Earth’s Option.
Intriguingly, in October 2015, Marina apparently managed to find the contractual undertaker of the British Columbia Government (who would later steal her estate), Earth’s Option, in spite of the large number of funeral homes near North Saanich. What a coincidence.

What I didn’t anticipate was who actually came after it.

PDF file concerning Royston Louis Welham provided by Christopher Benesch of Earth’s Option via email. In the file provided some pages were upside down, it was therefore split and reassembled with the pages right side up.

GOVERNMENT OF QUEBEC – DIRECTOR OF CIVIL STATUS
The original of the death certificate attributed to Marina was temporarily in the hands of the Quebec government (Director of Civil Status). I delivered it to them in person at their request in February 2019. Their supervisor stated it was their intention to keep it. To my surprise, it was sent back to me in the mail. The original, scanned after its return by mail, seems to have been rubbed in the lower right-hand corner. The envelope in which the original was returned to me is below.
