SWORN AFFIDAVITS
of Nerissa Poon, Estate Administrator
with the Public Guardian and Trustee of British Columbia
1st AFFIDAVIT OF ESTATE ADMINISTRATOR
RELEVANT EXTRACT FROM 1st AFFIDAVIT
Poon swears: “I have been in contact with … RCMP/Montreal Police. None have knowledge of the whereabouts of the Deceased’s daughter, or able to assist in locating Deceased’s daughter.”
Yet, on March 8, 2022, Officer Taillefer of the Montreal Police quickly pulled up a lost-wallet report dated April 11, 2016 with the name and address of the Deceased’s daughter. The report was on file months before Marina’s death. (See Petitioner’s Draft Affidavit, above).
2nd AFFIDAVIT OF ESTATE ADMINISTRATOR
RELEVANT EXTRACT FROM 2nd AFFIDAVIT
Poon swears: “The executor, Kathleen Carol Ann Pageot’s
whereabouts is unknown.” But Officer Taillefer of the Montreal Police found the heir’s address in moments just on a phone call.
3rd AFFIDAVIT OF ESTATE ADMINISTRATOR
RELEVANT EXTRACT FROM 3rd AFFIDAVIT
Poon swears: that “Exhibit A,” being a “Statement of Assets, Liabilities and Distribution,” “discloses” “all of the property of the deceased” and “the value of that property.”
However, “Exhibit A” does not disclose the existence of Marina’s 28 years of business assets, and Poon never files Form P14 to “disclose” the existence of the publishing business, which has vanished in the hands of the PGT, while Poon in emails refuses to account for it to the named sole heir and executor, except to lie that the plants were abandoned to the new owners (of the stolen property): but the realtors’ photos show the greenhouses are empty.
ON THE BASIS OF POON’S AFFIDAVITS,
and using a draft order drawn up by the PGT and signed by Poon, in which the PGT changed my surname to WELHAM, a name that is not mine, a name they never claimed to use to “search” for me, the Supreme Court of British Columbia “authorized” the PGT to liquidate my multi-million-dollar home and land, the contents of which the PGT had already looted by trespassing to skim off the valuables, and Marina’s 28-year publishing business which vanished entirely. A bank manager I consulted was of the opinion that I was probably right in suggesting that the PGT had used the business bank account of The Amateurs’ Digest to funnel money out of the estate to third parties not in Marina’s Will.
The PGT was on the verge of disposing of all of the liquidated estate when I caught up to them on 12 August 2018, at which point Poon claimed to me that I was too late, the home and land had been sold two days earlier on 10 August 2018.
The PGT changed my name to WELHAM, the surname of Roy Welham’s two daughters from his divorce in Montreal in the 1960s, women who had no legal right to vary Marina’s Will in British Columbia, but who had pursued her for her money before she died, were in touch with the PGT, and could not have had a penny of it unless the entire estate was stolen and liquidated, and there was some way to embezzle the money out.
